Loved Risk all my life, played it since before i could really understand how. It's been great fun playing on different boards and learning new strategies. i'm a student at Asbury Seminary.

Thanks! I definitely don't think my actions should be any different online even though it's easier to hide from people, so I do try to reflect Him here... even while taking over the world :)

Thanks for the message! I use Paint.net and a slew of plugins (links here: http://www.wargear.net/help/display/Board%20Design%20Tools ).
I use Drop Shadows that usually add a depth to the territories, which may be what you're asking about. Really I draw the outlines and then just try different/combo plugins until I like the look of it and Undo is my friend. It's really pretty random :p

Rename: The Arrow icon in the far right column, right click on that and you get the menu with Rename in it.
Capital City: Capital Cities are set territories in which if a Player owns one or takes one over then they must always hold a Capital City, if a player loses his last Capital City then he is eliminated even if he has other territories on the board. Capital Cities are set in Scenario and then have a few Rules associated with them (see Starting Scenario of the Rules help page).
